He’s got a long history of growing businesses and improving how they run, and he’s not afraid to get stuck in to make sure things happen. Outside of work, he enjoys time with family, catching up with friends, and discovering new places to eat.
Zoe Burgess, BA, FCCA
Senior AccountantZoe has a varied role within the practice ensuring clients fulfil their compliance obligations- from bookkeeping and VAT to management reporting, year end accounts and tax filing. She began her career in a French accountancy firm in London, utilising her language skills and now deals with clients as far as Finland, New Zealand and the USA – a virtual travelling accountant thanks to modern technology!
Outside of the office she enjoys walking and has been known to trek into work when it snows (and back again)- almost 2 hours each way!
Amy Yates
Senior BookkeeperAmy handles our clients’ bookkeeping, VAT returns and payment needs. She is skilled at using software such as Xero, QuickBooks and Sage.
Amy’s first job was sending out mailshots on her way home from school at….Beattie & Co! We won’t say how long ago that was.
Katie Evans, MAAT, FCCA
AccountantKatie has a wealth of experience in accountancy. Her work entails compliance for both companies and individuals, ensuring accounts, corporation tax returns and personal tax returns are prepared according to current legislation.
In her spare time, Katie takes ballet classes, which is a bit different to accountancy……..reconcile that!
